The Young Musician
The Young Musician Music Institute, was established in 2002 for children and adults to develop their natural musical talents. Our Perspective is focused in believing everyone is creative.
We teach the Trinity College London Classical and Rock & Pop syllabus from initial to Grade 8, Associate, Licentiate and Fellowship diplomas (Fellowship is of a commensurate with a Masters Degree). We help students to develop valuable playing skills and achieve their musical ambitions. After each student passes their exam they receive a certificate from Trinity College London outlining their achievement. We are a Trinity College London exam center where international examiners come to our institute to assess the examinees on the allotted exam dates.
Our teachers give tuition in many different styles of music such as Contemporary, Classical, jazz, popular, Blues, Pop & Rock. They are well qualified and are performers in their own right so the student not only receives technical training but also an insight to a true performer’s view of being in the public limelight. We also hold weekly jam sessions for students wishing to be part of a band or ensemble. We give beginner students the option to join group classes before taking on individual lessons.
